While inclusion and equality in the workplace have been the focus of much attention in recent years, finding adequate employment continues to be a challenge for the disabled. They often find themselves being placed into a preconceived category or they may encounter issues related to workplace accommodation. WSU alumnus Dustin Reischman, the owner of the business operations consulting firm DRI Industries, will provide insight into ways to lessen workplace stigma about disability and create more inclusive environments that benefit all.
