Students who participated in the Service Learning trip to the Intag Valley of Ecuador over spring break will present their final research projects. Students will present what they learned about environmental stewardship and alternative approaches for sustainable livelihoods that help communities protect watersheds and resist extractive industries, including mining. They will also explain what they learned from some really incredible local people in six communities in the Intag Valley.
