Leroy Moore on “Black Disability in Resistance and Creating: Story Telling and Moore”

This presentation discusses what Black disabled resistance looks and sounds like through time, including ancestry stories, today’s Krip-Hop stories, and cultural work worldwide through book readings, songs, visual arts, videos, and podcasts. Leroy Moore is an activist, writer, poet rapper, womanist, and radio program who founded Krip-Hop Nation, a movement that addresses ableism, or discrimination against disabled artists.
