In this March 3, 2020, talk at WSU’s Foley Institute, Cortes Romero addresses the history of the policies that are at the heart of this case. Co-sponsored by the Thomas S. Foley Institute for Public Policy and Public Service, the Pullman League of Women Voters, the University of Idaho College of Law, and the WSU Common Reading Program.
