Gonzaga Law School Dean, Jacob Rooksby, is a renowned expert in intellectual property law and higher education law and policy. He will speak about the legal challenges created by emerging technologies. Rooksby’s scholarship has been featured in journals such as The Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, and The Review of Higher Education. He is the author of The Branding of the American Mind: How Universities Capture, Manage, and Monetize Intellectual Property and Why It Matters. Rooksby’s talk is co-sponsored by the WSU Pre-Law Resource Center.
