“Women in Leadership” — A conversation with U.S. Sen. Patty Murray

Patty Murray, a WSU alumna, is the senior United States Senator from Washington State, a seat to which she was first elected in 1992. Murray is Washington State’s first female U.S. Senator, and she is the highest-ranking woman in the Senate. She is the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. This event is sponsored by the Thomas S. Foley Institute for Public Policy and Public Service.
