Dr. Xyanthe Neider, Anti-Racism Training

This session introduces a framework for leading with racial equity whether in the classroom, the advising office, or in a supervisory role. The framework was developed by a multicultural group of individuals within higher education and the communities they serve. Neider received her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from WSU and now serves as the Director for Teaching and Learning at Whatcom Community College.
